No

2. Do you agree with the inclusions (Ingredient derived from gluten-containing grain, Wheat starch)?

Please select one item
Yes
Ticked No
If no, please suggest alternative inclusions
I think gluten should be identified separately from wheat starch and other grains like barley and rye (and oats in NZ). People have a range of allergies and intolerances and need to identify what's safe for them.

3. Do you agree with the proposed conditions for gluten?

If no, please suggest alternative conditions
No. I react to 20 ppm and would prefer 5 ppm or less. Also, I avoid gluten on my skin, so would like it included for skin and mucous membrane applications.

4. Do you agree with the proposed statement for gluten?

Please select one item
Yes
Ticked No
If no, please suggest an alternative statement
If it is gluten free then to state if it includes ingredients derived from gluten containing ingredients.

No

2. Do you agree with the proposed conditions for lactose?

Yes
Ticked No
If no, please suggest alternative conditions
I think it should include contains milk. People might know they need to avoid milk but not know that it's lactose. The clearer the label the less mishaps especially for people with English as a second language or those with different health literacy levels.

Overall, I think everyone has a right to be informed and to know what's in the medications they're taking. This is also important for parents who are responsible not only for themselves but their children too.
