I suggest this this is changed to match the FSANZ standards (1.2.7 and 1.2.4 I believe). If this differs then it is very confusing for those with Coeliac Disease. A LOT of work and consideration has been put into the gluten labelling requirements for FSANZ. At the very least, oats needs to be specifically included.
Highly recommended working with Coeliac Society NZ on this.

Skin and mucus membranes should also be included. Many people react topically to gluten. In addition, any topical ointment placed on lips or around the mouth should be avoided in Coeliac Disease (especially for children who are more likely to lick skin etc).
