Annual DEOG Governance Survey 2022

Overview

Whilst we a completing an annual report for the DE programme we thought it was timely to provide DEOG members with the opportunity to offer comments, views and suggestions about governance.   The following 21 questions cover the areas of; governance performance, risk management, operations, DEOG meetings, DEOG membership, the DEOG TOR and a section for general comments.  Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

This survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and ends COB Friday 24th June 2022.  All responses will be collated to provide one report. Please email mandy.lacy@health.govt.nz with any questions. 

Why your views matter

As current DEOG members your views are important to the governance of the programme.  The DEOG terms of reference is due to be reviewed June 2022.  This survey offers the opportunity to provide your views and recommendations about governance and review the terms of reference.  Here is a link to the current DEOG TOR

What happens next

All responses will be collated for form one report and presented to DEOG.
