Digital Enablement Programme Survey June 2022

Overview

The Digital Enablement Programme is committed to providing opportunities where you can provide your feedback.  We want to know about your experience and perspectives on the support you received from the programme during the delivery of your project.  Knowing what worked well and what can be improved helps us adapt, change and design accordingly.  

We are particularly interested in what you initially planned and how this may have changed during the project.  Understanding why changes occurred is a crucial aspect and outcome of pilot projects that helps us all. 

While some contact details are required, providing your name is optional and all responses are confidential. There will be a survey report that highlights collective themes, findings, anonymised suggestions and comments.

Why your views matter

Your views are very important to the programme because without your feedback and perspectives we miss vital information that is integral to understanding the finer points and experiences of pilot project challenges and achievements. are unable to learn from the lessons and outcomes each of your projects achieved.

Receiving your suggestions about what could be improved is as equally important. This feedback will allow us to continuously improve and adapt our approaches and resources to provide support and resources when it matters most.

Thank you for your time and feedback.   We will be assessing all information provided from respondents and  in due course send out a survey report.
