Overview

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information about how New Zealand Health Survey results are shared, uncover which New Zealand Health Survey data products people find most useful, and identify ways to improve them. We are interested in hearing from people who use, or may potentially use, New Zealand Health Survey data.
