HCSS Feedback Survey Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard Implementation March 2024

Overview

HealthCERT is conducting a regular survey to gather insightful opinions regarding the implementation of the Ngā paerewa Health and disability services standard NZS 8134:2021 (Ngā Paerewa) within the health sector. On this occasion, we are particularly interested in the perspectives of Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) providers and Conformity Assessment Bodies (CAB).

We are keen to understand how the transition is going for you and any challenges you've faced. Your feedback will directly contribute to improving our support and resource development.

This anonymous survey should take 5-10 minutes of your time, and your feedback is essential in informing future training and resource development to support the HCSS providers to meet Ngā Paerewa.
