Thank you for your interest in providing assisted dying services. This Expression of Interest survey was used ahead of 7 November and is now closed. You can now register to be on the SCENZ list at the same time that you sign up for the IT system for Assisted Dying. Please contact the assisted dying secretariat for information on how to register by email AssistedDying@health.govt.nz or phone 0800 223 852.
