Opened 16 May 2019

Overview

The Health Workforce directorate in the Ministry of Health is working to develop a small number of defined priorities to guide improvement actions for the New Zealand health and disability workforce during the period 2019-2024. To support this work, please fill out this survey for ranking and rating the 18 potential strategic priorities.

The aim of the survey is to establish an accurate picture of people's perspectives through comparing and cross-referencing the results of the ranking and rating parts of the survey.

The first step asks you to look at all of the potential strategic priorities, pick the top ten priorities and rank them by order of importance. This is to understand your 'gut feel' reactions to the importance of achieving significant progress in this area over the next five years.

The second steps asks you to assess each potential strategic priority against common domains used for defining priorities.

All responses to this survey will be anonymous.

If you would like to provide comment about the potential strategic priorities, please register and share your views on our online discussion page:  https://govt.loomio.nz/g/TSmXbE1V/developing-health-and-disability-workforce-strategic-priorities-2019-2024?group_key=TSmXbE1V
