Overview

To support making the Ministry a great place to work, we have committed to investing in robust and functional technology so we have the right tools available to be able to do our jobs.   

The ICT Customer Experience Programme want to engage with different teams across the Ministry to obtain a greater understanding of the way we currently work with our technology and tools, how we collaborate internally and externally, and how our physical spaces work with our technology.

 

Why We Are Consulting

The findings and analysis from this work will inform how future technology and tools can enable us to have a dynamic, modern workplace that will increase productivity, collaboration and mobility, save time and alleviate current pain points.
