If you only have a few short comments you can use the Simple submission option.
Each section of this online consultation describes the regulatory proposals and asks a number of questions that will help shape the development of final regulations. Some of the sections have appendices that provide additional information on that topic.
If you just want to have your say on a few key questions, you can fill out the Simple submission. View the Simple submission section.
After completing a section of questions, select the Continue button at the bottom of the page. You will be returned to this page. From here you can choose to move to another section or complete your submission by selecting Finish at the bottom of this page.
The only mandatory questions are the declarations and questions about publishing permission and privacy. We are only asking for your age and ethnicity information to help us analyse submissions. You don’t have to answer those questions if you don’t want to.
With this online tool, you can complete your submission over a number of sessions and save it as you go. If you select ‘Save and come back later’, you will receive an email with a unique link that will let you return to edit and submit your response. You can share this link with your colleagues if you need them to contribute to or review the submission. Once you have completed and submitted your submission, you will be sent a pdf copy for your records.
